Gary W. Bull, CPA
Managing Member
Gary founded the firm of G. W. Bull & Associates, known today as Bull
Associates, LLC, in 1986. Gary provides business consulting, tax and
financial planning, and mergers and acquisitions services to entrepreneurs
and business entities.
Gary holds a B.S.
degree in accounting from the University of Maryland. He is a member of
the American institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Maryland
Association of Certified Public Accountants, and the Maryland Society of
Accountants. He serves on numerous boards of directors. |

Anne M. O’Hare, CPA
Member
Anne is a graduate of Towson State University with degrees in Business and
Mathematics. She worked for several local accounting firms before joining
G. W. Bull & Associates in 1988. Anne’s forte is small business accounting
and taxation. She is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor.
Anne is a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Society of Accountants. She is the
president of the Baltimore Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), and a member of the finance council of St. Pius X Church. |

Ron A. Keirn, CPA
Ron graduated from the University of Baltimore with a BS degree in
Accounting. He is a CPA in Maryland and has over 30 years of
experience, including over 17 years in public accounting. He has
extensive experience in accounting and auditing, as well as business and
individual income taxes.
Ron is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants,
where he has past service on the Continuing Professional Education
committee to his credit. He has also served on the Agency Audit
Review and New Agency Certification committees of the United Way of
Central Maryland, as well as past treasurer of the Perry Hall Lions Club
and the St. Joseph Parish Athletic Association.
